Mission: to provide an open communal space for Hip Hoppers
and Hip Hop fans at MSU, as well as to promote Hip
Hop culture, music and awareness on campus
through engagement, education, interaction and
entertainment.

Manifesters’ Volunteering

Manifesters were a part of the Target Market Hip Hop Division.
Volunteering as performers, speakers, educators and mentors.
2001-2002

Target Market

American Cancer Society’s Relay 4 Life

Manifesters provided the sound system, DJ, and live music acts (also performing themselves) for Roseville’s Relay 4 Life event 2001-2002.

Roseville Area High School’s Hip Hop Club

Manifesters were volunteer educators|mentors for Roseville Area
High School’s after school Hip Hop Club. Versifier would work with
the emcees, NiiBox with the B-Boys & B-Girls, and Online with the
beatboxers.

Manifesters frequently performed and did
shows for charity, social causes, fundraisers,
or in support of an individual/group.
Manifesters often hosted events, were panelists
for public discussions, spoke publicly, and participated in various social-political
engagements. Manifesters also ran various
series’ of monthly live shows at multiple venues, providing fellow artists stages and audiences
with whom they could further share their art.
